Site Selections and Contracts
We research all venues in your destination of choice to determine availability, features and services to meet your needs. We negotiate on your behalf with available venues to obtain the best possible rate and concessions to meet your needs. We develop a detailed proposal, including a side-by-side comparison of each venue’s offer. We will work with the venue to develop a fair contract with your best interests in mind.

Budget Management
Muse Events will prepare a complete budget, manage costs throughout the planning process and regularly evaluate financial performance to identify additional revenue and cost-saving opportunities.

Concepts and Themes
We will work with you to take your ideas and create a theme which is carried out in the event design. The event theme may include venue, set and stage design, invitations, posters, programs, brochures or anything that will make the event shine.

Onsite Management
Muse Events can provide a professional event planner to be onsite the day of your event to help facilitate the activites and handle any details that may arise.

Muse Events can also assist with Catering and Menu Creation, Entertainment, Transportation, Invitations, Rentals, Guest Activities and Tours
